Bookmark & Co was born in 2025 from a shared love of books and a belief that the things we surround ourselves with should reflect the stories we cherish.

Founded by Leigh and Adam, Bookmark & Co brings together years of creative craftsmanship, design insight and a deep appreciation for the reading life.

Leigh has spent more than 15 years creating handmade jewellery and literary-inspired gifts, building her craft full-time on Etsy after graduating in English Literature and Creative Writing in 2009. Adam’s background in art, design, photography and marketing brings a complementary creative and strategic eye to the business.

Together, they created Bookmark & Co as more than a shop. It is a carefully curated home for book lovers — a place to discover thoughtful literary gifts, beautifully made reading accessories and meaningful treats for people who find joy in books... for literary souls.

At Bookmark & Co, we do two things. We create our own thoughtfully crafted gifts for readers, and we curate beautiful bookish products from other independent and British-made brands that share our values. Wherever possible, we choose to work with UK companies and makers because we believe the stories behind the products matter just as much as the products themselves.
